1. Account Issues
Make sure you're using the correct email for your account (Buyer or Seller). If you enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), check your email for the verification code. If you don't have access to the email linked to your account, you can create a new account using a different email address. To switch between Buyer and Seller, navigate to Profile → Switch Account Type. To reset your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email instructions.
2. Selling on Lens Link
Go to Seller Dashboard → Add Product to list new items. Enter details, upload images, and set pricing — products will be visible to buyers once approved. Check Orders in the Seller Dashboard to update order status, fulfill items, and communicate with buyers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, and funds are transferred to your registered payment account.
3. Buying on Lens Link
Use Categories or Search to find eyewear. Tap a product for details, images, and seller information. Add items to your cart, review your order, and tap Checkout. Payments are real and will be processed immediately. Go to Orders → Order History to track shipment and status.
4. Payments & Refunds
All transactions are processed securely. Orders are real — double-check before purchasing. For refund requests, contact the seller directly through the app or email support@lenslinkapp.com.
5. Technical Issues
Make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Restart the app or your device if you experience crashes or bugs. If the issue persists, send a detailed description and screenshots to support@lenslinkapp.com. Lens Link supports iOS 11 and later. Ensure your device has sufficient storage and internet connectivity.
6. Privacy & Security
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. Never share your password or verification codes with anyone. Two-factor authentication is enabled for extra security.
