Most new items are eligible for return within 15 days when the product condition, fulfillment, or prescription outcome does not match what was promised.

Return eligibility

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The prescription received does not match the prescription entered at checkout.
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged or broken when opened.
